Bullet Fired at Dog Injures 17-year-old Girl

A man shot at a dog in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a 17-year-old girl who was sitting nearby on a porch, was struck by one of the bullets. The man claimed that the dog was chasing him, and that he fired twice hitting the animal. One of the bullets ricocheted and also hit the girl. She was taken to the hospital with a graze wound. The man fled the scene, and police are working to find him while they continue to investigate.
