In Taylorsville, Utah, police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 3-year-old boy. Police told a local news outlet “that the fatality looks to be the result of an accident where the toddler found the gun and shot himself … foul play does not seem to be a contributing factor.”  Both parents were home at the time of the incident, but it is unclear how and where the child found the gun.
