Deandre Hunter, a 25-year old student at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington died of an accidental gunshot wound.  According to an investigation, he shot himself  in the abdomen while handling a handgun.  In a statement, Pullman Police said, “[t]he Pullman Police Department extends its sincere condolences to Mr. Hunter’s family, friends, and fellow Cougs.”
