For the third day in a row, a four-year old boy found a gun in his home and used it to shoot himself.   Today’s accident involved a four-year old named Roman in Coatesville, Pennsylvania who shot himself in the face.  Although investigatory details have not been released, a neighbor said, “”[h]e played around with a gun and it went off, I guess he thought it was a toy.”  Paramedics pronounced him dead, according to police.
