In Johnston, Rhode Island, the local police chief announced that the gun death of a 15-year old boy was not a suicide and is being treated as an accident.  No other details have been released.

And in Siler City, North Carolina, Patricia Stanley, age 38, died in an apparent gun accident in an RV. A man at the scene is cooperating in an ongoing investigation, but no other details have been released.
