Jalynn Lester, age 17, of Dallas, Texas was arrested and charged with manslaughter after accidentally shooting and killing Don-Yeah Hill, also 17, at a shopping center in the middle of the afternoon.   Lester told police that he was breaking down a gun when it went off.  Hill died at a local hospital.
