In Okaloosa County, Florida, a 19-year old boy is under arrest for manslaughter after accidentally shooting his 21-year old friend shortly before midnight.  The two men were tossing an AK-47 back and forth, believing it to be unloaded, when the 19-year old, Mathew Gunn, pulled the trigger.  Hugo Sanchez, 21, died of a gunshot wound to the head. 

Deputies found Gunn hysterical when they arrived at the scene of the accident.
