In Wichita, Kansas, 18-year old Jeremy Retana was accidentally shot and killed by a child outside a store. 

21-year old Christian Concha faces charges of felony murder and aggravated child endangerment because he left a gun in the care of two children while he went into a convenience store. The children were 10 and 9-years old.  According to the report, the 9-year old fired the gun while waiting for Concha to return and struck Retana in the head.
