Cleveland, Ohio police are investigating after an incident in which a 9-year old boy was accidentally shot by his stepfather.  The boy was shot in the hand and upper leg.  Records show that several days later, the stepfather, 37-year old Zachary Stover, was charged with “child endangering.”  Court filings say that he was picking a …
