Steven Johnston of Lincoln Park, Michigan was arraigned today on child abuse charges after his three-year old daughter, Skylar, shot herself in the head after finding his loaded gun.  His family called the accident a preventable tragedy.  Mr. Johnston was not home at the time of the accident.
