Two Men Injured in Unintentional Shootings
Police are investigating an accidental shooting in Petaluma, California, that sent a man to the hospital with a single gunshot wound to his leg. His injuries are not life-threatening. The man was shot by his roommate, 53-year-old Michael Millane, who was arrested on suspicion of negligent discharge of a firearm.
And a 23-year-old man in New Haven, Connecticut, accidentally shot himself in the toe while he was sitting in a car. His injuries are non-life-threatening. Police determined that the gun used was legally registered.
