16-year-old Boy Accidentally Shot and Killed

A 16-year-old boy was pronounced dead at a home in Charleston, Missouri, in what was determined to be an accidental shooting. A 14-year-old boy was arrested, and will likely be charged with manslaughter. Officials continue to investigate.
