Four-year-old Boy Shot and Killed by Two-year-old

In a home in Lafayette, Louisiana, a two-year-old child shot and killed four-year-old Blaze Rubin after finding a loaded, unsecured gun. Police are actively investigating the incident, but have determined that 17-year-old Jenarius Johnson was responsible for leaving the loaded gun accessible. He has been charged with negligent homicide and illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
