Two Toddlers Die in Separate Gun Accidents

In Martinsburg, West Virginia, a two-year-old boy died after sustaining a gunshot wound. The circumstances of the shooting were not reported, but Zachary Allen O’Sullivan, age 29, was charged with child neglect resulting in death. It is unclear what the relationship was between O’Sullivan and the child. Police continue to investigate.

And in Hominy, Oklahoma, a three-year-old child sustained a gunshot wound and later died at the hospital. A parent was with the child at the time of the shooting. Few details were reported, as police and the sheriff’s office continue to investigate.
