Four Innocent Bystanders Shot, One is Killed

On Halloween night in downtown New Haven, Connecticut, four people, ages 18 to 21, were shot, including an 18-year-old woman who died at the scene. Camera footage showed two people shooting at each other, and according to police, “[i]t does not appear the shooting victims were the intended targets.” Witnesses provided information about one suspect, as police continue to investigate.
