Man Struck by Stray Bullet Watching Football Game
A man was struck by a stray bullet while watching a football game at the high school stadium in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his left side, and later released. Investigators determined that the bullet came from outside the stadium, and noted that a 911 call of “shots fired” for an area about seven blocks away came in at about the same time. No suspect has been identified so far, and officials stated that police presence inside and outside of the stadium will be increased.
