Bullet Fired Inside Home Seriously Injures Man on Sidewalk 

A 50-year-old man was walking outside his neighbor’s residence in Minot, North Dakota, when a bullet from inside the home went through the front door and struck him. He was seriously injured, but is listed in stable condition at the hospital. Jesse David Cureton, age 38, was inside his home handling a rifle that discharged, hitting the victim outside on the sidewalk. He was charged with reckless endangerment with extreme indifference involving a dangerous weapon, and aggravated assault involving serious bodily injury with a dangerous weapon against an adult victim.
