Man Shot Himself During Target Practice

A man in his 30s was in stable condition at the hospital after accidentally shooting himself in the leg while target shooting in Williston, North Dakota. People with him had applied a tourniquet, which likely prevented his situation from becoming life-threatening. The sheriff’s office is investigating.
