Teenage Girl Accidentally Shot by Younger Brother

A 15-year-old girl was accidentally shot in the arm by her 13-year-old brother in a park in Detroit, Michigan. The girl went to the park to fight another girl and her brother had come with her. Police arrested the brother, and are trying to determine who owned the gun.
