Innocent Bystander Injured by Stray Bullet

An innocent bystander was injured during a shooting at an apartment complex in Starkville, Mississippi. The circumstances of the shooting are unclear, but a bullet went through a fence and struck a person in a parking lot at an adjacent complex. The person was treated, but their condition was not reported. Police are investigating.
