12-year-old Girl Accidentally Shot by Teenage Family Member

In Richmond, Virginia, a 12-year-old girl sustained life-threatening injuries after a 15-year-old family member accidental shot her. She was taken to the hospital, and the 15-year-old boy was charged with reckless handling of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a minor. Police continue to investigate, indicating that additional charges are possible.
