Man Shot by Former Wife’s Boyfriend

In Louisville, Kentucky, a man sustained non-life-threatening injuries after he was shot by 28-year-old Carlos Garcia-Romero. Garcia-Romero, who is dating the victim’s ex-wife, claimed that he pointed the gun at the man to scare him, when it accidentally fired. He has been charged with second-degree assault.
