Shotgun Malfunction Injures Three Men
In Salt Lake City, Utah, a shotgun malfunction injured three older men shooting skeet at a shooting range. One of them, a 79-year-old man, tried to clear the malfunction but accidentally fired two rounds while the gun was pointed at the ground. The man drove himself to the hospital with a moderate foot injury, and his two friends were treated at the scene for minor injuries sustained from ricocheting pellets.
