Teen Killed with Stolen Gun

An 18-year-old was killed in Clawson, Michigan, when 21-year-old Tylaj Clark-Spencer checked a gun he had on him to see if it was loaded, and it unintentionally fired. The gun was stolen from a safe owned by the father of a 17-year-old. Clark-Spencer was charged with manslaughter, receiving and concealing stolen firearm, and felony firearm charges. The 17-year-old and a 20-year-old were charged as accessories to the shooting. There is an ongoing investigation.
