Man Unintentionally Shot Through Wall by Next-door Neighbor
In an Akron, Ohio apartment, a 28-year-old man was shot in the chest by a bullet that came through his wall from a neighboring apartment. His injuries are considered non-life-threatening. It was determined that his 22-year-old neighbor, Lagreer Surles, was handling a gun that unintentionally fired. He was charged with negligent assault.
