Three-year-old Boy Shot in Ohio

According to his mother, a three-year-old boy was injured after shooting himself in the arm in an apartment in Columbus, Ohio. He is in stable condition at the hospital. His mother also identified 23-year-old Aaron Hughes Jr., as someone who was in the apartment, but left with the gun before police arrived. Hughes has been charged with tampering with evidence.
