15-year-old Fatally Shot by Younger Sibling

A 15-year-old boy was accidentally shot and killed by a younger sibling in their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their father was also at home and called the police. No arrests have been made, but there is an ongoing investigation.

And a man in his 20s accidentally shot himself at a mall in Orlando, Florida. He was apparently adjusting his gun when it discharged. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
