Two Unintentional Shootings in Vehicles, One Man Dies

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, 23-year-old Dylan Wade and another man were in a vehicle, when the man accidentally shot Wade in the shoulder. Wade died at the hospital a short time later. The suspect said he was playing with the pistol and didn’t realize it was loaded. The case falls under the McGirt ruling, as the suspect is a tribal member. The FBI and federal prosecutors will continue the investigation, and determine if any charges will be filed. 

And according to police, a man riding in a vehicle in Rockwood, Tennessee, accidentally shot himself, and was taken to the hospital with a wound to his leg. Few details were reported.
