Gun Accidents Injure Four People

Two people sitting on a couch, watching tv in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, were injured when one of them retrieved a gun from a bag that unintentionally fired. He was hit in the left hand and the other person was hit in the arm and knee. They were taken to the hospital for treatment.

A man in Kansas City, Missouri, was “mistakenly” shot by his roommate as he entered their home. He was treated at the hospital for gunshot wounds to his forearm and hand.

And in New Haven, Connecticut, a 43-year-old man accidentally shot himself in the apartment of a friend. Police could not locate the gun, but continue to investigate and may file charges.
