Seven-year-old Shot When Upstairs Neighbor Fires Bullet Through Floor

A seven-year-old boy in Akron, Ohio, was seriously injured when a bullet fired from the apartment above his went through the floor and struck him. He is in serious, but stable condition at the hospital. During their investigation police found no one in the upstairs apartment, but “what appeared to a bullet hole in the floor and other evidence.” They are asking the public for help in identifying and locating the suspected shooter.
