Infant and Toddler Killed in Separate Accidental Shootings
Eleven-month-old Khamari Lang, was shot and killed in a car in San Antonio, Texas, by one of his siblings. The siblings, a two-year-old and a three-year-old, were in the vehicle along with Khamari and an adult woman, whose relationship to the children was not reported. One of the toddlers found a loaded rifle in the back of the car and pulled the trigger. Police are investigating the shooting, and will determine if anyone will be charged.
And in Minneapolis, Minnesota, three-year-old Jajuan “Junior” Robinson fatally shot himself with a gun he found in his apartment. He was being watched by an adult male babysitter while his mother was at work. There is an active investigation into the case to determine the circumstances of the shooting.
