20-year-old Accidentally Shot and Killed His Best Friend

Dylan Carter, age 21, was accidentally shot and killed by his best friend, 20-year-old Philip Green, in a home in Flagstaff, Arizona. Minimal information about the shooting was reported, but Green has been charged with manslaughter. 

Dylan’s father talked about how proud he was of his only son. He kept in touch with him almost every day since Dylan moved to Flagstaff. “I’m devastated. I can’t believe this is happening.”
