20-year-old Accidentally Shoots and Kills His Best Friend

Dylan Carter, age 21, was accidentally shot and killed by his best friend, 20-year-old Philip Green, in a home in Flagstaff, Arizona. Minimal information about the shooting was reported, but Green has been charged with manslaughter. 

Dylan’s father talked about how proud he was of his only son. “I’m devastated. I can’t believe this is happening.”
