Accidental Shooting Injures One Man

In Defiance, Ohio, Devon Johnson, age 23, was taken to the hospital in stable condition after he was shot by 56-year-old Richard Johnson. The investigation by police revealed that both men were handling firearms next to each other, when Richard’s 9mm pistol unintentionally fired, striking Devon in the chest and left shoulder. Devon was evaluated locally, and later airlifted to another hospital for additional treatment.
