Man Accidentally Shot and Killed By Acquaintance

David Kueker, age 41, unintentionally shot and killed an acquaintance in Pensacola, Florida. Kueker and the victim thought someone had threatened them and they were “standing watch” outside Kueker sister’s house. Kueker got into a car’s backseat and fell asleep. According to a statement from the sheriff’s office “…[h]is acquaintance, after realizing Kueker had fallen asleep, approached the car unarmed and with the use of a walker. Kueker awakened and saw a figure standing outside the window of the car…he fired one shot through the car window, killing his 44-year-old acquaintance.” Kueker has been charged with manslaughter.
