20-Year-Old Women Dies in Unintentional Shooting

In Wilmington, North Carolina, 20-year-old Skyler Pattillo was killed in an unintentional shooting.  Officers arrested and charged 21-year-old Triston Spencer with manslaughter. According to the report, Spencer believed that the gun involved in the shooting was unloaded. No further details have been provided.
