Innocent Bystander Injured After 21 Shots Fired

In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a 44-year-old innocent bystander was struck in the back by a stray bullet when a conflict between two groups of juveniles escalated into gunfire. One of the juveniles pulled out a gun and fired off 21 shots that struck a 15-year-old, a 17-year-old, and the 44-year-old man. All are in stable condition. The shooter fled the scene, and police are hoping that video from surveillance cameras will help in their investigation.
