Two Children Killed in Accidental Shootings

Seven-year-old Justice Jenkins died after shooting himself with a gun in a home in Cincinnati, Ohio. In the 911 call made by his great-grandmother, children and adults who were in the home at the time said that Justice had been playing with the gun when he shot himself. Police are investigating, and have not released how the boy got the gun or who owned it.

Also, a 15-year-old girl was accidentally shot and killed in a home in Goodbee, Louisiana. A male relative was handling a gun in another part of the house when it fired, fatally wounding the girl. Deputies are investigating and it’s unclear if any charges will be filed.
