Three More People Injured in Unintentional Shootings, Including a Child

At a hotel in Evansville, Indiana, a man accidentally shot a pregnant woman in the calf while drawing a gun from his holster. She is expected to survive. Because the shooting was “considered accidental,” no charges were filed.

In Kansas City, Missouri, a girl described as “under the age of five” was shot inside a home and then taken to the hospital. Her injuries were not considered life-threatening. No further information is available. 

And according to a post on “X” (Twitter), a 23-year-old man in Lakewood, Ohio, suffered a serious wound to his thigh while drawing a gun to defend himself during a robbery. The report indicates that someone then stole the man’s gun.
