Woman Grazed by Bullet; Neighbor Blames His Dog

A woman was grazed on the arm by a bullet that came through the bedroom ceiling of her apartment in West Jordan, Utah. Her upstairs neighbor, 20-year-old D On Leonard Begay told police two slightly different stories, but in both his dog jumped on him causing the gun to unintentionally discharge. After a search of his apartment, police found a .223 caliber rifle and marijuana. He was arrested for investigation of illegal discharge of a firearm, drug possession, possession of a gun by a restricted person, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
