Man Prohibited From Possessing Gun Accidentally Shoots Himself
In Rochester, New York, 41-year-old Joseph Mullen, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after unintentionally shooting himself. Police recovered a Stalker .380 caliber gun in an apartment where they believe the shooting took place. Mullen is prohibited from possessing a firearm due to a prior conviction, and after being released from the hospital he was charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
