13-year-old Unintentionally Shot and Killed by Cousin

“…Not only is a 13-year-old’s mother burying a child, but I have a mother that now has to deal with an 18 year-old who just started his life and now has to deal with the consequences of taking, not only a child’s life, but another family member’s life,” said the police chief.
