Father’s Accidental Discharge Injures 7-year-old Son

In Bend, Oregon, a 7-year-old boy is in stable condition at the hospital after being unintentionally shot by his father. Roy Ipock was handling a gun in the living room of his home when it discharged, hitting his son near his armpit. Ipock has been charged with assault in the third degree, recklessly endangering another person and negligent wounding. This is an ongoing investigation.
