Man Shoots Self During Attempted Car Theft
Joshua Garvins, 26, accidentally shot himself in the neck while trying to steal a car from a dealership in Memphis, Tennessee. A dealership employee took Garvins out for a test drive and when they returned, got out of the car with the keys. Garvins physically tried to take the keys away and then pulled out a gun. While they struggled for control of the gun it discharged hitting Garvins. He fled the scene but was quickly arrested and was charged with aggravated robbery.
