Three Unintentional Shootings Leave One Dead and Two Injured

In Marion County, Florida, Abraham Bordas was charged with manslaughter after accidentally firing a gun while visiting the victim’s home. The victim died at the hospital. According to the report, Bordas was “playing around” with the gun when it went off.

In Sacramento, California, Rubin Ramirez shot his wife in the shoulder in the middle of the night after the couple heard what they thought was an intruder. The man went to get his gun and it fired.  According to authorities, there were no signs of domestic violence.

And in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, a firearm “accidentally discharged” inside a vehicle, injuring the vehicle’s owner. The man was shot in the chest, but survived.
