3-year-old Boy Accidentally Shot and Killed at Campground

In a campground in Holtwood, Pennsylvania, a 3-year-old boy was accidentally shot in the head and died. The coroner found the boy inside a travel trailer parked at the campground, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The boy and his family were visiting from Virginia. No other details have been reported, and no charges have yet been brought.
