Two Women Unintentionally Wounded
In Jonesboro, Georgia, the father of 21-year-old Norja’nae Miller’s child, allegedly took her phone during an argument the two were having and left with it. Miller traced the location of her phone to the home of a female acquaintance of the father, where she started a car chase with them. At an intersection, Miller pulled out her gun and fired at the other car, striking the woman. The man was not shot and ran away. Miller also left, only to be located by police less than an hour later; arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, and reckless conduct. The female victim is hospitalized but should make a full recovery.
And in Galveston, Texas, a 24-year-old woman was reported accidentally shot, although the circumstances are unclear. She is listed in stable condition at the hospital with few other details reported. Detectives are investigating.
