Two-year-old in Critical Condition After Drop Fire Incident at Home

A San Antonio, Texas two-year-old is in critical condition at the hospital after a drop fire accident. A witness told police that the two-year-old reached for something on a shelf and pulled down a loaded firearm. When the firearm hit the ground, the gun went off and shot the child in the head. There is an ongoing investigation.
