Man Shoots Himself Accidentally and Lies About It to Police

An unidentified Delta, Colorado man shot himself in a gun accident and then lied about it to police. Police concluded that there was a mismatch between physical evidence at the scene and the account given by the victim after being shot.  Upon interviewing the man a second time, police say that the victim admitted that he had not been shot by an “unknown man.”
