In Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating an incident in which a four-year-old boy shot himself after finding a loaded gun.  He later died at the hospital. No other details are available.

In Memphis, Tennessee, a three-year-old boy is in critical condition after finding and pulling the trigger on a loaded gun. Police say the boy’s father, 53-year-old Jerome Johnson, was charged with aggravated child neglect and reckless endangerment after the child got access to the unattended loaded gun. 

And in Houston, Texas, a 21-year-old is dead after an accident that occurred while he was cleaning a gun in his bedroom. His identity has not been released.
