Three-year old Dmarian Siempre was shot and killed today in Cincinnati, Ohio. Deangelo Davis, 37, was arrested Monday in connection with the shooting and was charged with endangering children. According to the report, Davis left his loaded gun where his kids, ages six and three, had access to it inside a home on Roe Street. The arrest report does not make clear whether the child shot himself or if someone else pulled the trigger.
